Greater SA Services

I hired Greater SA Services in May 2020 for two sample projects that were supposed to take at the least 3 weeks and ended up taking 106 days for no other reason than them showing up at the house whenever they felt like it. At the end of the 106 days, I ended up with a knocked down wall and pantry, floor plywood and floor linoleum removed thoughout the house and not placed back, unsured floor beams (no nails or screws to hold them down), a detached bathroom wall from the ceiling, a 1910 "lost" maple pantry door etc. Non of this was on the contract and was done without my consent and without my authorization. The roof replacement was not done, but he pocket $1,500 that was suppose to be used to start work on the roof plus he didn't pay a sub-contracter that he hired, that now is after me for payment. Consumer consider yourself warned!
