Beautiful site, but past eyesore scenery, unpaved, rough road. Assured road would be paved by date, it was not- worse than before. Management poorly organized, needs improvement. The coordinator gave incorrect information 2/3 of the time and not discovered until 2 weeks before wedding. Owner, Robert Lowman, was not receptive or very accommodating and did not honor own word or word of staff. Need every little detail in writing before sign since staff not good for word alone and almost unyielding on slightest change. Robert has final say to his discretion no matter what staff says. Contract open to interpretation due to gray areas, which rule to Bob's favor no matter what. I found him to be an arrogant, condescending, chauvinist. Ceremony music not cued right, barely heard and poor sound system very evident and no one around who knows how to work. Lack of good, concise communication between staff and customer and lots of added charges for items that are readily available at the site.
