They called when they were on their way to let me know their exact arrival time. This courtesy is huge for me! They asked about any special requests or preferences, and then got to work. I got the Platinum service, and it includes everything I could ask for - refrigerator, windows, ceiling fans, baseboards, etc. One thing I esp. appreciate is that they put things back in place after moving them to dust, sweep, etc. With other companies, I usually spend the evening moving things back where they belong. A small detail, but an important one to me.
I have tried several services before and have had some issues. Got It Maid has a huge asset with Lisa. She understands and remembers what people ask for and like. My husband is home during the day when the ladies come and they ask him if there is anything special that needs to be done. I appreciate Lisa's desire to do a solid job each and every time.
Generally it takes the ladies about an hour give or take to get through the house on a normal cleaning. They are through and efficient in the tasks that they are doing. Lisa generally does a once over of the house before they walk out to make sure that everything is up to par.
I have had a different team that came out during a period where Lisa was unavailable. I discussed some of the short comings of that specific team with Dustin. He was receptive and made adjustments as needed to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Got It Maid, even after using services for a higher fee, I have not found anyone who I was as happy with.
