Gold's Gym San Antonio

When we spoke with the service rep at the main number, she could not do anything about it and could not even look up the information because it was in my dead husbands name. She ended up hanging up on me. When I took it to the manager of the gym on Prue Road, she could not tell me for certain that they would remove the February charge or that I would not incur new charges. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I wish I would have quit Ballys long ago (before it even converted to Blast). The Gold's experience has been great. The gym is always clean (never the case at Blast), it has unlimited towel service, it has multiples of most weight equipment and it has a variety of training items for use (e.g. mats, jump ropes, bosu, medicine balls, etc.).

I was very pleased when it was run by Spectrum. It seems as though the quality has declined a bit since being taken over by Gold's Gym...however it is still a fairly good workout facility. I wish that there was more variety in the classes and the times that they are offered.

This gum is not upscale, but it's pretty good. It's an older facility. For me it's close to work, and I get a discount. They are always friendly, courteous, and professional. They greet you when you come in, and answer your questions. They are always good about customer service.
