Description of Work: In 2014 we had our AC replaced by Godfather. At the time everything was ok. They quickly installed our new unit luckily because it was in the middle of the summer. This summer our AC started acting up and we had been experiencing clogs in the primary drain at least a few times a year. Being newer homeowners we thought the clogs were common. The unit acting up this summer definitely didn't seem right since the unit is only 3 years old. I had a different AC company come out who was amazing and showed me all of the WRONG or lazy things that were done with the install. They create a new duct transition to the new unit. Instead they may plastered a ton of duct tape on the old one. The drip pan and drain was on the back of the unit and you had to crawl under the unit to get to it. They also didn't seal off the incoming or outgoing air ducts so it was causing negative pressure in the attic which caused the unit to work harder than it should and also caused our upstairs hallway to feel like a sauna with the got air coming out of the attic. Cold air was leaking into the attic and the leaks were causing the ok insulation to blow into the drain and clog it. The new AC company recommended I call Godfather and have them come fix what they did. They very quickly came out to fix it. I had the other AC company come back to look at it and they hadn't fixed half of the stuff. Had to go through it all again with getting Godgather back out and they fixed the rest of the stuff. They said they had some bad guys working for them back in 2014 and that's why this happened, but I'm not sure if that's true or not.

 + -1 moreThey told you that you need the door widened to get the unit out so they could fix it. I had to door widened and they have been telling me for three weeks now that they will come out but never do. This was a company though my Home owners insurance.
Description of Work: They came out and looked at my HVAC unit because it was not working.
