Not good at all. My unit was serviced by them, then they found other issues that need immediate attention like the fan blower for the condenser and the circuit breaker inside the handling unit in attack. Both parts are under warranty by them, I was advised by Alan Rader that the parts are under warranty but not the labor and to call the office for an appointment. I have contacted the office several times and spoke to Heather but I never get a call back. I finally came to the address in person to resolve the issue but there is another business in that office. Next door neighbor said they moved out a long time ago. This is very suspicious.

Arrived not too long after expected. Only took a few minutes do diagnose and rectify the problem. The capacitor was replaced. Robert told me it was a little low on R-22 or what ever. I never got a receipt, probably because I didn't hear the correct amount and probably WAY OVERPAID. After promising to bring coolant the next day and re promising for the day after, we've not seen nor heard from him. Very Shady. I'd be happy to retract or amend this review if the situation gets rectified.

The service was quick and conducted in a professional manner. The only thing they did not do was to confirm my warranty coverage with the Trane manufacture and get back with me. We were discussing possible repairs for my outdoor unit. I never heard from them about the warranty.

Contacted Mr. Mike Smith through the Angie's List Referral System. He had exactly what I needed for my parents home. He did not try to sell anything we did not need. The price point was the going market value for the square footage of the home. His team and Ms. Karen were very kind and professional. I look forward in doing business with him and his team for many years on my home and my parents home. Definitely give him a call. Thank you Mike and Karen for the exceptional work.

Both the service and the equipment were installed exactly as promised.

We called Go Green Aire Care for an estimate and they not only gave us the best price, they also managed to save us even more money by getting us manufacturers and government rebates and discounts. With their help our out of pocket cost was a 1/3 less then we expected to pay. We signed up for a new high seer A/C and Go Green only took one day to install it. Then they did all the paperwork to insure we got all the discounts. They were quick, clean, and efficient and saved us a ton of $$$.

The quality of their work is very good. They're punctual, and courteous. Their follow up is a little bit slow as we had to remind them several times submit to the paperwork for out rebate.

Experience was perfect.
Price point was far and away the best.
Service was anything but what someone would say about the best bid coming in. In fact the service was far better than when i have used, and I have used, the bigger name companies.
They went above and beyond and completely rebuilt the air handling box that the BIG name guys put in as part of their normal service with no extra charge. I had some of the other big boys tell me this was ducted wrong and wanted extra to fix it but Mike Smith and his guys just figured it part of making the job right.
I have already recommended these guys to my friends and coworkers and the ones that used them have had the same level of service that I received.

On a very humid day the emergency overflow began to drain (as it is supposed to if the normal drain is overloaded) I called them (it was Friday the 13th) and Mike Smith the owner came out personally and checked it out.
Then sent a technician out to add an extra emergency shutoff switch and toe relevel the drains and brain pan, at no charge

The upstairs air conditioner was not cooling, I reset the circuit breakers and the air conditioner would not start. I called and told them my upstairs air conditioner was not working they said they would try to come out to look at the unit. They arrived the next morning and discovered that the compressor was burnt out. The ordered the part and replaced the compressor under warranty. The only charge was for the freon, transportation, and labor.
