They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job!!!!!!! I was on a short time frame due to leaving town. They put me as a priority to meet my schedule and did OUTSTANDING work. You cannot even tell where the work was done! My paint, which I had DREADED trying to match.....is PERFECT! The texture looks original. They were extremely neat and courteous. I cannot give them any higher rating!!!!

I thought the price was high. I used him before, and I like him.

Arrived on time and took time in preparing and properly cleaning up after all work was done. Work was completed ahead of schedule in a professional quality manner.

It is always a risk, and difficult to come in and try and finish someone else's job. From the beginning, Noll was very kind and understanding. He is a nice person who does seem to try and do the best he can. In a few spots where his work had to be tied into what the first contractor did, it is understandable why things did not fit right. However, none of the projects his team worked was without some problems or delays. For example, despite his team being present while backsplash was being installed, numerous tiles were crooked. This required several visits from the subcontractor to try and repair what could be repaired. Fit and finish work, such as caulking and sealing, left a lot to be desired. Some trips out to my house resulted in no work being done due to poor communication with subcontractors or even his own staff. Some of the work he did, specifically trim on the kitchen cabinets I will have to pay someone else to fix. Several items were not measured correctly. For example, the front fencing had to be redone as the measurements were off. It also has started rusting after less than a month of being installed, despite being the more expensive and upgraded option I paid for. If there is a way to send photos of what was done in my house through Angie's list, I will be happy to send photos that led me to give a grade of c for quality. Noll and his crew are very nice and friendly folks and, eventually, if you agree to several trips for them to come out and fix things, your end result will be above average. Noll came in just under the median of the quotes I received, so he was not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. His professionalism and responsiveness are good. He always returned texts and emails. If you are looking for anything better than fair quality, you'll need to point out the issues, even if they are very obvious. It is important to get a clear agreed upon price for your project or else the frequent trips to correct mistakes/problems will add up quickly.

George was very responsive, punctual, fair priced and quality oriented.  The installation went very smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend GNH Construction  and would use again.

Noll and Ricardo was AWESOME!  They were very professional and very punctual.  The first day on the job, they had to cut out my old bathtub in sections.  The old bathtub was originally placed in first and then the bathroom was built around it.  With this said Noll and Ricardo had to cut out some of the sheet rock.  They had noticed a small leak coming from the pipes, so they had the plumber to come out and replace with some new piping to match to code.  They made sure my new bathtub would last me many years and made sure everything was sturdy.
They also installed my cat door for me, where as another name brand home improvement store said I would need a brand new door and special order and would cost over $300.00.  I bought the pet door and they installed for $75.00.  
The project took a total of 4 days.  On the last 3 days Noll arrived right on time.  I had to leave for work but I felt comfortable to leave them at the house.  At the end of the days he let my cats out of the garage and cleaned up each days "mess"  and locked the door.
Thank you for a job well done! I will be definitely be using Noll again for anything that may come back up.

I would strongly recommend GNH Construction for any handyman type work that you require.  Noll was incredibly responsive to our long list of repairs that we encountered as a long-distance landlord (rental in Texas but residing in Florida) tasked with taking a 14-year old rental house that we wanted to get on the sales market in a two week period.  First of all, Noll responded to my cell phone call for a carpet estimate immediately.  While I had a "big name company" providing me with an unrealistic carpeting estimate, I stepped outside and cold-called Noll.  Within 20 minutes, he provided an estimate that saved me 60% from the "big name company" and also 20% from "home centers" in the San Antonio area.  In addition, he had the carpet and tile installed in less than 10 days from the time we talked on the phone.  His professional team also thoroughly power washed our home (siding and all concrete structures), removed and replaced a sliding glass door, repaired ceiling damage and diagnosed our garage door opener problem.  Noll then walked around the house and looked at our home through the lens of a housing inspector and potential buyer.  His recommendations of what to spruce up, correct, and replace aided in the sale of our home as well as avoiding additional inspection write-ups during the follow-on home inspection.  Once we received an offer on the home and the inspection was conducted, we turned to GNH to handle the repairs.   GNH coordinated the HVAC inspection, the roof repair, oversaw the plumbing work, and the replacement of the garage door opener.  Noll's team was exceptionally responsive, incredibly courteous, and removed all debris (generated from their work and my personal work) from the premises.  Bottom line, I would recommend GNH Construction for any work needed in the future.  The quality was absolutely first-rate and the cost very reasonable.
