Prior to the cleaning day, I was in communication with Ray, the owner, via email. I expressed to him what needed to be done so his team would have an understanding of how long they would need to be there.  He also confirmed the appointment time and date.
Once the team of 4 arrived, they fanned out across the house and was finished in about an hour!
My kitchen was sparkling as were my two bathrooms. They also dusted the other rooms and cleaned the floors. Before they were gone, Ray had me go and look over everything to ensure it was clean to my satisfaction. The only thing I didn't get done was the oven, but that was my fault for not double checking that before they left.

We had used Get Sparkled about four times when we had some contruction going on and we were very pleased with their services. Since my wife is always home and keeps our home up there really wasn't ever a need to hire a cleaning service up until we were under construction. My wife was out of town for an emergency and I was left alone at home for for about a week. Unexpectedly a relative called and said they were coming in for the weekend and I panicked. There was no way I was going to find some help on a Thursday the day before they were arriving. I called Get Sparkled and calmly asked if I could get service on Friday morning before 12:00. I was told that they were booked until next Tuesday. I then explained what was going on and I was stuck with a messy house had used their services before and was very pleased with their staff and services but I had an emergency. I was placed on hold and the owner came on and said he understood and they would do everything possible to fit me in. Still in panic mode I started to clean myself thinking sure they are coming in the morning as I attempted to tackle the bathroom. Two hour later I decided to put them up in a Hotel and just leave the house the way it was and just wait till Tuesday. At 7:00 am my door bell rang and it was Get Sparkled with a crew of 5 a quick hello and introduction and away they went. Get Sparkled was in and out in less than an hour and a half as they were leaving my company was pulling up. My wife arrived on Saturday and when she walked in she said you called Get Sparkled didn't you?  I said what would make you think that?  She replied because the dryer is running and you don't do laundry.

It usually goes well but I have had items broken and a dog dish thrown away.  They miss trash at times but over all they do a good job.

I set up the appointment for a Monday that I had off so that I could meet with the owner before handing over the keys to my house.  At 10:30 on the night before the scheduled cleaning, the owner called to ask me if he was still coming for the appointment or if I was okay being rescheduled to another date several weeks later.  We kept our scheduled appointment for 11 AM the next day.  At 11:45, the crew showed up to clean the house.  Three hours and one broken picture later, the crew of four finished. As far as cleaning, they did a pretty amazing job on most places. My bathroom and kitchen tiles looked better than they had when we kept a routine cleaning service. All the fans and lights were cleaned. The bed was very nicely made. The house smelled great.  There were a few spots where I felt that the level of detail didn't stay consistent, but overall my house was very clean. 

I have not received a quote for continuing service, so I cannot say whether I would keep them for regular cleaning, but they did a good job for a deep clean.

Update: We did get a quote for service, and it was in a good price range for us to continue.  I contacted Ray about setting up monthly cleaning for our house.  We agreed by email that the company would start two days later during the morning.  On the date the company was scheduled to start, my house was not cleaned when I came home.  The key was still waiting in the agreed upon hiding spot.  I had no phone call or email informing me of a need to cancel and have not heard from the company since then.  While I do understand that personal issues might have sidetracked Ray, I was left in a mad scramble to clean my house prior to family coming to stay.

They did a fairly good job.  The windows were not really cleaned.  When they come out next time I am going to follow them around to make sure that things are done better than it was done this first time.  It was okay overall.  I will be using them again once more because I have made an appointment for November.  I will see how it goes that time.

They were great. They showed up with a team of 4 people who worked tirelessly for 2 hours!

They cleaned my fridge/freezer, kitchen floor, stove/oven, counter and cabinets (even wiped the insides down and they weren't that dirty to begin with lol).

They also cleaned my very small bathroom until it sparkled: tub, sink, toilet and floor.

I asked them to clean the blinds in each room and they did plus the wiped down the baseboards and cleaned off the intake registers for the AC without being asked.

They were polite and personable and I wouldn't mind having them over to my new house to clean once I get settled in.

These guys are the best.  Communication is great.  They send email reminder before every cleaning including the price to be charged which is great - no surprises.  They show up with a crew of 5 people and clean the whole place in about an hour.  Even so, the price is very competitive.  They are very friendly and leave the house spotless.

A team of 5 arrived on time to clean my 3 bed/3 bath home. Each person specialized in a certain area - one person did the bathrooms, one person did the kitchen, etc. The owner not only worked with the crew but supervised all of their work. Everything was finished in about one hour. I was very satisfied and I have hired them again. Highly recommend!

They did a marvelous job. The first week, they came and spent a couple of hours. They did 3 rooms and 2 baths upstairs, the hallway and the stairs going down. The second time, they did 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hall, stairway, entry hall, living room, dining room, a half bath and the kitchen. They also threw in the porch door. I have not gotten to the carpet cleaning yet. The first time, they billed $193, and the second time, it was $142, which included tax. With me, they charge an hourly rate. They were quick. Melody, who was one of the owners, did my kitchen, and it has never sparkled as well as it does now. She had 3 men helping her. They are Mexicans. They are a very good deal - I did not mind paying what they asked for. I am 86 years old, and I do not like to do housework, and so the dust up there was pretty bad. I have never had that sort of help before, and so I do not know how the price would compare. I was not one bit reluctant to pay what they asked for, and for the simple reason that I cannot do it by myself. It is worth it to have somebody else do it. The quality was very good. They have kept in touch. We are having a wedding anniversary in the middle of April, and I have asked them to save a couple of hours for me the Thursday before the party, so the house is spick-and-span when the whole family comes. I am not going to be able to clean the house the way I would like it to be cleaned to have 40 to 50 people in it. I would probably use them after the party too.

It was great. They showed up on time & did a great job. I'm now on their schedule every 4 weeks.

They are very thorough, use the products for the right purpose, and he emails me reminders of the dates they will be coming. He stands out from the others I have used, because of his constant communication, and he does ask for feedback on how they are doing.
