Ms Hancock-Gamez is structural engineer and I chose her because she is not connected with a slab repair business. She also has good ratings here. She was very professional and thorough. Her findings indicated minor shifting due to soil type and weather but no break in foundation. Very glad I contacted her for an unbiased assessment.

She gave me very sound drainage advice, identified problems that three foundation companies missed, and identified work that was proposed that did not need to be done.  She is fantastic. Don?t start a project without her or someone like her.

Sarah walked the whole home, inside and out, notating different evidence of movement. I also saw her walking every room in the home feeling out the movement beneath her feel. She then used her engineering surveying type equipment including a giant measurer to physically measure the movement of the foundation from one part of the home to another. She can tell you the soil types in the area of the home, the exact distance (example 1.5 inches) the foundation has moved, and whether or not there is a need for repairs. She has saved my clients deals, and the sellers tens of thousands in unnecessary repairs.
