We decided to have our home's plumbing system totally rerouted due to a previous slab leak and a new leak about 15 months after the initial leak. Clay and his assistants came out and did a very much appreciated professional job to our great appreciation. They were very friendly, and we were impressed regarding how hard they worked to make sure that we were very satisfied with their efforts. Once the rerouting had been finished, Jake came and replaced and painted the numerous sheetrock locations which had to be removed in order for the rerouting to occur. Jake's efforts were very good and much appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience using George Plumbing Company, and we would recommend them should your home need the type of extensive plumbing work that ours did.

Will S and Austin M arrived as scheduled, they even called me before time so our dogs could be secured. They both were courteous and professional. Our house is old (1940s) and is having several plumbing issues. They listened to me before they took a look around. Will and Austin were able to give us several quotes addressing the problems and giving us some financial options based on what needs to be fixed first. We were financially able to get our pipes unclog as we are on a fixed income. Their candor was very refreshing. They also gave us a $50.00 coupon for being a first time customer. They both had patience explaining to me what was wrong. These 2 gentlemen were awesome

Excellent Customer Service. Kody and his apprentice were absolutely knowledgeable, congenial, and honest. Also, they left their work area very tidy, better than they found it! I'd request Kody and the same apprentice again. Dawn at the front desk of the company provided excellent service. The front desk is the first contact one has with the company and she served it well. All involved were of the highest professional conduct!!

Dan and Austin did a great job replacing our dead water heater. We were really impressed with these gentlemen. George Plumbing Company gave a reasonable estimate, but it took significantly longer (6 hours versus 2 hours) than anticipated because the previous water heater installation had been botched. Dan is obviously very observant and detail-oriented. He may be a perfectionist. My wife thinks that they left the laundry room cleaner than when they began the job. They were punctual, polite, pleasant and worked quietly. We can't say enough good things about George Plumbing, a GREAT company!

Currently SA in the artic blast. Hose bib leaked and freezing over. ice down the side of my house. Y4G came that afternoon, reviewed and fixed my problem quickly. While the root cause was nothing truly major (no pipe burst in house wall) you just don't know because it is frozen. They fixed everything and got my pipes all bundled up. Thanks Doug!

I was quoted a service visit would be $95. If I decided to go with the work, the $95 will be taking off the total bill. I received an estimate for the work at $385.(approximately). I thought the price was excessive for the work that was required. However, Kody explained to me under a fixed price estimate, they had to take in an account of any possible damage that may occur if they were to do the work. I decided not to have the work done and paid $95 for the service response. I will say Kody and Nick were helpful in explaining how the work could be done and the risk associated with the work. I felt comfortable enough to take on the work on myself based on their expert advice. In the end, I thought the price was excessive, but given construction prices have jump since COVID, I understood they are only passing on the higher cost. The professionalism of Kody and Nick was very commendable.

My family has used George's for decades (the original recommendation coming from others working in the plumbing profession itself), and I've tried to keep that tradition up as a new homeowner experiencing their first plumbing issue. Kody and Nick from George's were the best - professional, knowledgeable, honest and up front. I sincerely appreciated their approach and transparency with respect to my issue, and the potentials and costs that could be associated. These gentlemen were pros, through and through. Further, the entire experience from my initial call, to their follow up, to the work itself was a pleasure - and I very much appreciate their attempts to resolve the issue as expeditiously and inexpensively as possible. That focus on customer care was evident from the moment I spoke to the lady who took my call, and was carried through every individual I spoke to and worked with. I hope this review assists some of you in the future who are on the look out for a reputable company to assist with your own plumbing issues. George's may not be as cheap as an alternative provider, but *you get what you pay for* - and what I received was the best damned service experience I've had in months. Highly recommend, and will absolutely be utilizing George's for any future plumbing needs.

We needed a pressure regulating valve and some investigation for a water pressure issue. Will and Nate showed up on time and began the work. The issue was unique and created interest that even George himself showed up. We were all working to establish what the likely source of the issue with the most likely culprit. After various tests it appears it’s the city meter. We made a call to SAWS to have them come out and check. George, Will, and Nate were all professional and pleasing to be around as well as knowledgeable. They completed the PRV install and additional hot water expansion tank install.

Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.
