GEORGE'S AUTO REPAIR

I’m rarely one to post this kind of bad review, but I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We went there for an oil change, brake replacement, and a diagnostic on an ac/heater issue. We waited there about a two hours and got our car. They said they couldn’t diagnosis the issue because the issue wasn’t happening at the time, but that’s understandable. Brakes and oil seem to be fine. We left and actually stopped by a Walmart to get some wiper fluid cause that light was on. When we got home, my fiancé attempted to open the hood of our car to put in the fluid and was unable to actually open it after trying for fifteen minutes. We’ve NEVER had any difficulty opening it before so I called the mechanic to inform them of the issue. I was answered by a male who abruptly responded by saying “hi, yes we are busy what?” I explained the situation with the hood, did not mention my name or car. He immediately says “oh yes we had difficulty”. I found it weird they knew exactly what vehicle I was talking about without asking. Especially since nobody ever mentioned any issue about the hood while we were there for TWO HOURS. I asked about fixing the issue and they said I had to come back but we had other plans today so we asked if they were open tomorrow. Then they just HUNG UP, no goodbye, no sorry, just hung up. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever dealt with from a mechanic. Do not come here.

They are quite distant from us but I use them because I trust them. They're honest and their prices are considerable.

I had three issues that I asked George to look into. I recommended to fix the barrings now, flush out the heater core later when it gets cooler and couldn't find a need to do a tune up.
Most garages would have done all of the work and maybe even found a few other problems to charge me for. Not George. He only fixes what's needed and gives you options on how to fix it. Over the past 5 years of using his service, I have always walked away feeling that I got a great service for a fair price.

George's Auto Repair was absolutely the best auto repair placed.

Car was taken in because we could not fix the problem at home. George was very professional and gave me a time when my car would be ready. He called me and gave me an estimate before starting the work. The work was done on time and price was exactly was he told me.
