I came home to a dead bolt that had been tampered with and no way to get into my house. My husband was on the other side of town and I had my kids; cranky, tired, and hungry. After doing some research, I found Gene on a less reputable site and verified him. He told me there would be a delay because if rush hour and quoted a fair rate. He kept on contact with me to advise of delays. He arrived and got me into my house, took the dead bolt apart and showed me that my deadbolt had been tampered with. He changed the deadbolt lock, made new keys and was very reassuring and professional. He was also very reasonable with his rates. I highly recommend him for any lock smithing needs you have. You won't be disappointed.
