Genesis contacted me promptly and set the appointment. He arrived on time and was very nice. He was able to satisfy the requirement for replacing my washing machine faucets. However, it seemed he did not have inventory for this and had to go to a big box store for the parts. He did good work, but I expected a bit more preparedness and access to components commonly used (especially since he knew what he would be doing ahead of time).

Great! Jason arrived on time and worked efficiently. The work is clean and I had thought our water would be off for the day, but he works efficiently so it really was only off for a couple of hours. He was professional, polite and shortly after he left, we had a tiny leak in the temporary work (he was returning the next day to finish). He was back and had it fixed in less than 30.
Reliable and trustworthy, I would totally recommend this company to friends.

We had several companies come out and give an estimate and just decided to go with this company. I hope this repair will be long lasting because it was too expensive.

It went great! This is the third time I have used this plumbing company and feel they are honest and fair. I had water leaking from a hose they fixed and replaced a hose bib, but there was a very small slow water leak from the toliet seal that you could only see after several days. He came back and did not charge me any additional cost even when it was different from the first problem he fixed! I was very happy with everything! In additional I live way out in the country, and no additional trip charge! I will use him whenever I need a plumbing company!

It was all very smooth. I was impressed. I like they were very professional. Showed up when expected, worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up their mess! I would use them again.
