 + -1 moreI thought they were going to do some work the day of the estimate, but he told me he could come out on Monday instead. When I asked him what time he said he wasn't sure, probably around 10 but call me. So Sunday I called him to verify if he was going to be there on Monday at 10 and he said he would. Monday came and he didn't show up. I tried calling him several times but did not get a response. Please, service providers, if you can't do a job just call the customer and let them know instead of refusing to return calls!
Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate on some plumbing work on an investment property I have.
