Computer Repair
Did everything but what they were supposed to do. I went through multiple agents giving generic answers found online, and when asked to speak to specialists they would end the chat. NOT WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP

Computer Sales
I just purchased a new computer from Best Buy along with a 1yr Geek Squad service plan.  They were supposed to transfer data from my old computer to the new one.  I found that the data was not on the new computer.  I called Geek Squad and they wanted me to bring both computers back to the store to determine what happened to the data.  I asked them to come to my home so I wouldn't have to haul the computers there, but they said they thought it was too far.

Call center answered my call.  Able to quickly schedule my appointment.  Technician showed up on time and was fantastic.  Very knowledgeable.  Did the job in a timely manner.  Appears to be good quality - so far so good.  Really a good experience.  I would highly recommend geek squad after this.
