I needed a durable, inexpensive laptop and it all worked up with them. I used them before and for some reason, I'm finding good deals. The products/merchandise are pretty pricy but during sales you can really math-up very good deals. I like just the atmosphere. They are professional but friendly, direct, everything is clear, there's no obstructions anywhere. The only thing I didn't like is that, the salesperson was constantly trying to sell me used merchandise. I thought, she was pushing me on things. They were busy, there are a lot of people in the computer department.

It was a very good experience with them.  We were very pleased with the pricing they have, because of what they call Black Friday sale.  But actually, it ended up being more than just one day.  They have the appliances we wanted that were in a matching series, so they were all of the same brands and all of the same finish.  In addition, their prices were very good. 

They charged me $10 to put the screen. That was stupid. If I went to another store, they would put it free for me. I had informed the manger also but nothing was done. Their punctuality was good. They did everything right except that once they had the sale, they were no longer interested. I would not use them again in the future.
