I bought a camera a few years ago at Best Buy and purchased the extended warranty. I had some repairs done to it free of charge in 2016. Then, in 2017, I took my camera back to get it repaired again. This time, I was having a little problem with the light exposure not working correctly and the bottom panel of my camera had come loose and would not stay on the camera without bending back. The camera was sent off for repairs and when it was returned to me, the internal functioning of the camera had been repaired, however, the bottom panel was not fixed. The reason for this was because it did not affect the functioning of the camera. I was still concerned that the panel could break off completely or that dust and other dirt particles could enter the camera. After expressing my dissatisfaction in a Best Buy survey that they sent me, I was contacted by the manager, Dustin. He wanted to see what he could do to help me be satisfied. I took the camera over to him and showed him the problem. He said that, although he could see the repair department's side, especially since the part that was coming loose contained the serial number and wouldn't be easy to replace. He could also see why I would be unhappy. He offered to fulfill my warranty in store, by giving me a gift card for the price that I had paid for the camera. With that gift card, I was able to buy another camera with the gift card immediately. I walked out of the store a VERY satisfied customer. As I told some of neighbors and friends, I will be a customer at that store again, for sure.

Great. The man who set things up was very helpful when asked questions.

Moved old TV, unpacked new one, hooked it up to cable and DVR, bundled cables, programmed remote, and explained operations

Technician called ahead and actually arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. He disconnected old TV and removed new TV from  the box. We found the new TV had a huge crack in the screen!! No problem. He removed old and new damaged TVs. He left and came back within 20 minutes with another new TV. This one was NOT damaged.

Technician took about 20 minutes installing new TV, removed a number of superfluous wires, and then started testing the connections and programming the smart TV.  This took about 60 minutes. The technician at all times was professional and a pleasure to work with.

After the programming was complete, the technician spent about 30 minutes explaining all the functions and capabilities of the TV. He also explained using the DVD/VCR, the CD player, the tuner and surround sound. He did a great job incorporating the old and new remotes so that there was a minimum of confusion. Greatly appreciated.

When all functions were demonstrated to our satisfaction, the job was complete. He left the work area clean and all trash was removed.

The human side of the Geek Squad was fabulous.  I ordered both the mount and the installation online.  Best Buy had some internal troubles with the order, but once a human from the Geek Squad called, they got it right; the part was delivered to my home and the next day it was installed and the TV mounted.

The rep got here an hour early told us what he was going to do, did it and cleaned up afterwards.

Greeted me very professionally.  Put covers over his shoes so as not to get floor dirty.  Took the job seriously and worked very hard to find the issue.  Very personable and knowledgable.  Went over all that did and what ultimate outcome was.

The Geek Squad agent who came to my home came on time and was extremely polite.  He really went the extra mile and answered all of my technical issue questions.  Very nice guy and made the experience stress free.

Arrived on time and was very efficient setting up TV and all components. Explained what he was doing.
After set up explained controls & how to use them. Removed old TV & all packing materials from new TV.
An all around good experience.

Overall went well but did some minor cosmetic damage and some connections were not completed correctly

I like them.

It was wonderful and also great. I was quite surprised and once I got there, it's like finding the right people to talk to. It was a lot that they did.
