Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Things will have to change for Best Buy to continue servicing customers. If you need to run in and pick something up, they're fine. If you need help in the Home Theater section, you might get help from some of the floor associates (if you successfully track one down), but don't ask Charles. Probably one of the most unprofessional sales people I've ever come across. Unfortunately, this experience covers several visits. I went to Bjorn's and got treated well enough to spend $6500 on my home theater equipment.

When I took my computer to Best Buy, they got to work on it right away. It was a Saturday morning, and the computer geek said it might not be done until Monday. He called me Saturday afternoon and told me that my computer was done, and I could pick it up. He did an excellent job, was fast and courteous and it was under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. He told me if I have any more problems with it, to bring it in. It's been working fine, since he replaced the memory chip.

Best Buy came out within a few days of my calling them. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job explaining the problem and ways of avoiding it in the future. They had my computer fixed in no time. What I liked most was that they came to my home instead of me having to go to them.

THE BEST BUY REPAIR CENTER ASSISTED US RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO CLEAN UP OUR SYSTEM AND SAVE OUR VALUABLE PICTURES THAT WE HAD SAVED ON THE HAD DRIVE. THEY EVEN DOWN LOADED THEM ON A DISK FOR US. THE COMPUTER IS WORKING WELL. THANK YOU.
