They estimated that they would arrive at 6:30 pm and actually showed up around 4:30.... They did call prior to make sure that was ok. They told me the job would take about an hour and it did. My only disapointment was the little bit of mess they left behind. Not to bad though. It was also pretty expensive.

I had been working with this Best Buy over the past 15 years. My last visit to that place was when they told me that I was making up stories on the item I wanted to return. They did not give me any kind of store credit after I proved to them that I was right. They were not polite, nor professional. My best buy turned into my worst buy.

Geek Squad left me very disappointed. Let me begin by saying that they completely went over board with the price I paid. The anti virus they used was not that expensive. Their quality of work was not good at all. They removed the virus at the end, but I purchased an anti virus for $30.00.

Okay. I thought the problem was the hard drive, but the tech unplugged the drive, booted the machine, and the sound was still there. He then proceeded to tell me the full diagnosis price was $199! I took my machine home and did more diagnostics on it myself, determined the problem was a faulty floppy drive, disconnected it, and decided to use a $20 thumb drive or email for file transfers between our two home computers.

They didn't have the correct parts to connect my new radio to the car so they ordered them. They did NOT call me when they came in and when I called them, I was on hold for almost an hour while they figured things out. They did find them at the installation area and apparently ''forgot'' to call and ''forgot'' where they were. The radio is great and the install was quick.

Best Buy did a great job of getting my computer up and running again quickly. They had it done in about two days. They have knowledgeable computer guys there who were very helpful. It didn't cost us anything as it was done under warranty.
