Spent 40,000 on a pool wasn't installed correctly. Tried for month to get them to fix it. They would not. Hired a lawyer spent another 19,000 and Gary L Zars filed bankruptcy. It was a personal bankruptcy so I walked away. years later the BBB contacted me by certified mail that Mr. Zars wanted to settle the case. We did a binding arbitration and won back 9733 of our costs to fix the pool. Mr. Zar's will not pay us and sent us a ridiculous letter that we didnt go through his bankruptcy attorney in 30 days so he owes us nothing. The arbitration was done with Gary's Pool and Patio not him personally and we have on recording that this had nothing to do with his bankruptcy. Do not buy from this man or his company.

We were awarded $9733 of our costs minus our attorneys fees and Mr. Zar's was given 30 days to make payment arrangements. He did not do that and is ignoring calls and certified emails from the BBB about the agreement. He is a liar and a crook.

He was professional and he gave me good information about pools in general as far as fiber glass and concrete are concerned, their differences. He was quick and always returned my calls. He always checked up on me to see if there were more questions I wanted answered.

Very displeased with the service.  We had problems because they turned in the wrong design,  dug hole on the wrong side which set us back a couple more weeks.  We have had to replace 3 pumps since.

The job is very bad I would not hire this company to take my trash out,I and my husband have talked with them only to be promised that someone would call and no one has. We have also talked with Mr.GAry Zars and he has also told us stuff thats has not been true,We feela sif they are trying to get out of fixing what the contractor the used messed up. They sent us the contractors liability insurance which was expired before they even started work at our home. Gary's pools and {Patios should have known that there contractors insurance was expired.

We have a yearly contract with Gary for our pool service and repairs. We pay a set price yearly. They come quarterly to inspect things for us. If something needs to be replaced, we are not charged since we have a service agreement. They even replaced a new pump for us a few years ago at no charge. I really like this service. It keeps things running efficiently and alerts us to a possible problem before one occurs. The company is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. We are pleased with the excellent customer service we receive.

Gary Pools Design Center did the most ridiculous job I have ever seen. These guys were absolutely terrible in every way. I would have thought that they would of done a better job for as much as it cost. They took five times longer than it was suppose to and it didn't seem like a big deal to them. In the end, we did get a pool that operates but it definitely didn't turn out as we wanted or was told it would. They should up late all the time and went to break continuously. I would not recommend this company at all.
