"The project mentioned is a an issue of customer with limited funds as he told me. He did not have the time to be there for us to install the window glass and screen. I asked him for deposit and he said he could only a certain amount becuase he was waiting for more income to come in. The materials was bit more than what he originally gave me. The glass for the window came in first. Thats the reason we went to install the window glass first. The window screen came later that week. It was for the second floor and was blocked with plywood and drywall from the interior. The screens are installed from the interior. That was his own project he block the window from the interior but now he still had this window in front of his house and the insulation could be seen from the street. He did not want to pay for us to cut drywall to get to the interior of the window. So we had to do it from the outside with a ladder. I told him that as soon as the materials would come it I would call him. He kept on calling and I would tell him that they were not in yet and that I would call him when they did. Which I did. That same day in the evening we went to install it. We knock on the door and noone came out. He told me he was never home because of his job and a trainer. So we went ahead and installed the screen. If he would of call me with any complaints I would taken care of what ever was needed to satify him as I usually do with my customers. But he never called. So I assume he was happy. I never promised that we would finish by the date his family was coming it. I told him depending on the receiving of the materials. But I would try my best to finish. We still manage to finish before the date his family was coming in."
