I had a water leak under my concrete slab that became so bad the water started leaking through slab and into the closet and bedroom. My brother-in-law told me about Juan from Gallos Plumbing. Juan came out and gave me a very fair estimate at no charge. He sent out a crew to work on this. They had to re-route the entire plumbing system above ground! They were finished in two days but did a lot more work than estimated! I thought I would not be able to afford it! Juan came over to my house and only charged $300 over the original estimate of $2500! He only charged me $2800 to have my entire plumbing system re-routed! How the **** can you beat that!!! I am so happy my bro-law told me about Gallos Plumbing!!! I thought I could never afford to get that terrible leak fixed!!!!!

What a great company!! They are honest and experienced. We will certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family. Our shower started leaking and needed the cartridge replaced. We weren't able to replace it ourselves so we called out another company (Mr. Rooter - Mr. Ripoff Company) who came out and without touching anything within 3 minutes told us it was going to be $700 to repair it as they needed to go in the drywall and replace everything because the cartridge was not going to come out. We were blown away. We called Gallos Plumbing and the owner, David, returned our call at 9:00 pm at night!! Without any promise of what we were going to do he spoke to us for about 10 minutes explaining different options. The next day we had Gallos Plumbing come out, Joaquin and Jonathan, and they said first let us see if we can get that cartridge out for you before we even look at opening everything up. Within minutes they had it out and were able to replace it and put everything back together. They were awesome!! They saved us hundreds of dollars and really rescued us from a bad situation. Even if we had to have had everything opened up and replaced, they beat the other ripoff company's quote hands down. What a refreshing experience! We will be calling them first next time we have any plumbing needs and will definitely refer them to friends and family. Thanks David, Joaquin and Jonathan!!

Gallos Plumbing was always on time, very professional and very easy to work with. Any problem that came up, they were on it. Even though they are not one of the bigger companies, they act like one (plumber's crack excluded).  After all the work was done, I realized I had been overcharged for work on my gas line.  When I pointed it out, it was cheerfully refunded. They are fair with their prices and as far as I am concerned, they are "keepers".

Gallos came VERY QUICKLY after my "go to" plumber had to back out at the last minute. I appreciate the quick response. They did a good job on the vent pipe.

Jose and Frank were the plumbers who responded to our call. They were outstanding. They identified the issues, presented options and allowed us to choose the resolution. We plan to ask for their assistance in the future. Jose and Frank worked the total issue. In shutting off the water it was discovered a tree had rooted around the pipe and destroyed the connection. They repaired the pipe at the street and the valve, in addition to the shower repair. Jose contacted a tile contractor to assist with our tile repair. The tile contractor (Ricardo) contacted us and we were able to arrange an estimate for the next day. Ricardo and his apprentice, Armando, estimated the job - both for a repair and a total replacement of tile. They arrived promptly and repaired the shower. We appreciated getting the work completed on a weekend and to have such high caliber of work.
We plan to use Gallos plumbing (Jose and Frank) at our home in the future. We really appreciated their professionalism and assistance.
