We’ve used Priority for years now and after the horrible experience we’ve had dealing with other well known companies I will never trust or use anyone but Priority again. Their level of professionalism is second to none, their prices are the most competitive around (and I did a good deal of searching) but combined with the high level of quality in their work, the overall value ends up being so much more. Angies List special. Had them come out to look over AC system and fill up if needed. They did a thorough job of going through the entire system. Found some burnt insulation had been left in the gas furnace by original builders many years ago that had never been discovered and was a fire hazard. Recharged system and provided detailed analysis. I was happy with the service and professionalism.

The company rep showed up on time and did a complete review of my A/C system. No issues and the service was thorough and professional. I would hire again.

The technicians were not only on time but a few minutes early. The Technicians did everything listed on the coupon plus more. The service of the two man crew was exceptional and more than any other AC company I had used in the past. Most AC service providers stay 15 or 20 minutes tops. These guys were here for over 30 minutes and ran a variety of test beyond my technical comprehension. Please take advantage of Priority Air Service, you will not be disappointed, in fact I'm sending them to my son's home next.

Did excellent professional cleaning of coil. Checked system overall and did not try to add extra things to be done that were not needed. Gave professional advice to keep unit running efficiently but no hard sell. Will hire for semi yearly maintenance and other related jobs on vents & ducts. Highly recommend for your A/C & Heating needs. Thanks guys for a job well done.

On the day of the installation they arrived on time and got on with their work. My heater and coil are located in my attic. They spend the whole day removing the old system and installing the new system. At times the temp in the attic was 130 degrees. They had to take several breaks but they finished the ac portion that day. They came back the following week to completed the heater installation, They explained every step of the installation process to me from start to finish, I am very pleased with the work they did.

The representative of their company showed up later than appointed. The time window I was given was 4-6 pm and he called me a few minutes before 6 and said he was nearby. He was very polite and apologetic and offered me an opportunity to reschedule. I decided to go ahead and get it done. He showed up about 20 minutes after 6. He was very courteous and professional. He went right to work and a short time later he apologized for interrupting me and asked if he could show me something, He showed me where one of the pipes connected to the unit in my attic was leaking. He pointed out some staining in the wood that demonstrated that the leak had been going on for some time. He explained that whoever had installed my AC unit had decided to cut a corner and left off a short length of hose and basically jammed two lengths of hose together. He said he could fix it for $75 dollars. I agreed and he went to work on it. He came back downstairs a short time later and explained that he had added a short length of hose to fix the leak, but his glue had hardened in the heat (it was a very hot day) and he would have to come back to fix it. I arranged an appointment for him to come back the next day and fix it. I waited for two hours and he never arrived or even called me. I called him the next day and he apologized, explaining that he had been on a big job and ended up working until 9 pm. He agreed to come the next day during the same time period. He arrived the next day, a bit later than I had hoped. I would have expected him to be there promptly to make up for his mistake the day before, but he was always very courteous and professional, so I let it slide. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff - with the exception of his failure to follow up after he failed to show. I'm sure I would have felt differently if I had actually had to take off from work to wait for the technician to show up three times. Most importantly, his discovery of the leak, which would eventually have burst and caused untold damage to the floor of my attic very possibly saved me thousands of dollars. I would recommend these folks, particularly if you have someone at home who doesn't have to take time off from work to wait for the tech to show up.

Great! They identified the coolant leak, refilled the freon to normal levels and gave me estimates for a permanent fix.

Called the AC tech out because the AC was only going down to 76 degrees. AC tech came out and told me that I needed to replace the absorption system for $285. The problem was still not fixed. Then they recommended replacing the condenser fan for $500. I decided to call another AC company to get a second opinion. The other AC company came out and ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS DO A ROUTINE CLEANING FOR $50 and fix ducting coming off of the cooling coils in the attic. I wanted a refund because they did not fix the problem and they guaranteed a 100% money back but when I asked for it they said they could not do it.

Very well, the technician was punctual, professional and courteous. He explained every detail of the work that was done. I will recommend this technician and his company to my friends.
