 + -1 moreUnlike all the other repair sites I called, G-M gave me a possible diagnosis over the phone and provided an estimate of $60 to $80 with no up front cost to examine the set. I dropped the set off (my choice rather than have them pick it up) on March 13th and the next morning I had a call back with the problem and the solution (the same as Guilliermo thought it would be: a CRT kit). I approved the work to be done and picked the set up that evening ($74.15 with a 90 day guarantee). When I brought the set home, another and related problem occurred within 24 hours. G-M fixed that problem the next day at no additional charge. My set works fine ever since.
