This company performed what was a small minor foundation repair in August, ONLY 7 months later, we have found large cracks and dips in foundation that were NEVER there before and can be felt even thru the carpet. This small foundation has turned into a complete NIGHTMARE and the conatct person/project mgr , Dustin Ruhd, will not respond. I have been calling the office multiple days and have been given the runaround. I have left voicemail and tried to also reach him by email for days. Now, the local office staff states they Will not honor the warranty since the static line test was not completed by the plumbing company that they partner with which was part of the foundation package cost already paid to them. Their plumber came out and said they could not find cleanout and left. I contacted office next day to inform them but never received a callback. The cleanout was there all along ! Once the project Dustin Ruhd, had us sign the paperwork to complete the work we never saw or heard from him again. Because of this nightmare they created, my mother who is 86 yrs old and needs to use a walker cannot even live in her own home since it is uninhabitable. This definitely fails under abuse of the elderly. I will be contacting the corporate office and if we fail to get the response needed we will be contacting an attorney.
