THE SALES PERSON WAS PATIENT AND VERY HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED THE QUALITY OF THE DIFFERENT SOFAS ON SALE. HE DISCUSSED WITHOUT PRESSURE DIFFERENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE. WHEN I MADE MY SELECTION, HE SET UP DELIVERY.
