The week in question, the Texas weather was in the 100's and the A/C had not been working since the previous Saturday (3rd day).  Fresh Breeze arrived within 2 hours of being requested and assessed and repaired the system to an operational state within 3 hours with a total cost of $750.00.
Grateful to Fresh Breeze for their quick response and reasonable price, which I had to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement from insurance company.  $750 is better than $1200.00 plus....

Mr. Gilbert was on time and respectful.  In my opinion, did a very thorough inspection/evaluation of both systems and gave me a honest opinion of the status of both.  He told my husband and I that one system was working properly, showed signs of wear and tear related to how old it is, but didn't think it needed to be replaced or repaired at the present time.  The second unit only needed to be repaired, which he completed that day, and recommended that we consider replacing the unit in the near future.  He even gaves us the pros and cons of why we should replace vs. repair.  Quoted us a price that I thought was more than fair!  Definitely will be calling Fresh Breeze in the very near future to replace that one system!  Highly recommend this company.  It has been a few weeks since the service and it is working just fine at the moment.

Mr. Gilbert is a honest and trustworthy individual that I have been dealing with for 8 years.  When it comes to AC/Heat, I utilize no one else.  I feel comfortable enough to provide him the code to my home when I am not or can't be there when performing any type of service.  His prices have always been fair and reasonable.  He conducted an annual check on my main home and rental property for $50.00.  I told my wife to give him $100 as she was at the rental property.  Gilbert received payment and left, about 10 mins later, he returned to my wife's location to give her $50.00 back as it was only $50.

The experience was great, they arrived on time and the operations manager himself came out to oversee the work. The project took them about three hours and they were very thorough to make sure my ducts completely clean.
