+ -1 moreMR. MATA IS POLITE, AND HAS A VERY QUIET PERSONALITY. HE FINISHES HIS WORK IN AN EXPEDIENT MANNER, VERY TIMELY, AS HE HAS COMMITTED TO BE. HE IS REASONABLY PRICED, AND HAS EVEN ALLOWED ME TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WHEN THE WORK IS A BIG JOB, TO PAY FOR THE LABOR, ALTHOUGH THE PARTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
Description of Work: MR. MATA CONDUCTS ROUTINE AIR CONDITIONER MAINTENANCE WORK AND HAS PROVIDED THIS SERVICE ANNUALLY FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. IN JANUARY, HE REPLACED A PART, DUE TO THE SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
