Awful Frank moved us 9 1/2 years ago and everything went great so we hired him again when we needed to move this time. When the crew of 4 showed up the morning of the move the packing wasn’t competing the day before so one man went to do that. Another guy started taking beds apart After two hours couldn’t get a trundle bed apart and never did. Went to work on the refrigerator and that took hours They unpacked us in the dark, no lights in his truck. Every piece of furniture but one has either scratches, rub marks from the poor packing, ripped upholstery on arms of chairs, and antique pieces ruined. Frank was not here when the unloading finished, his grandson was. He told us they had broke leg of chair and that was all they were responsible for. When I tried to speak to Frank about it he just blew me off so my advice for anyone moving who has fragile furtniture, antique piec s or even furniture that can’t be replaced don’t hire FRANKS MOVING

Everything was delivered with no damage.

I have worked with them for a number of years because they done a number of moves for the people that I work for. It was a good experience. The only, I would say negative if you could call it that, is that they got stuck in the sand, which they had walked the area with my husband to see if they thought they could drive their truck on this area and they got stuck.  The only issue that I had was they did charge us for the time that it took to get unstuck, which I was disappointed because they had agreed that they thought it would be okay to drive on that part of the ground. It wasn't like a huge deal, I understood, but at the same time I had hoped maybe they wouldn't charge us since they thought it was okay to drive there. That was the only thing.

They sent a team of three at my request, normally they would use two for a job of this size. They were on time, efficient in loading, driving and unloading, very helpful and FUNNY.
What more could you ask for?

They showed up right on time (maybe even a few minutes early). They were very nice and professional. The three men assembled what needed to be assembled and asked a lot of questions to make sure they had it right the first time.

I have used them a total of 3 times. They sent a crew of 3 and they charge me $115/hr plus 30 minutes of travel time. It took about 4 or 5 hours. They were right on time and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They made my move easy. I would recommend them to others. They are very careful when handling our personal belongings.

Terrible. After the move about $1000 worth of packed jewelry and personal electronics could never be found. Several pieces of furniture were damaged.

These folks did a great job moving our stuff to our new house. My wife's family has used them for years and they were very professional. Right on time, and got the job done really quickly.

We were doing a bifurcated move, in town, and from out of town; Frank's handled the in town portion. They arrived on time for the estimate and the moving. The price quoted was what we were charged and they were professional and as careful as possible. The move went smoothly and promptly. We would definitely use them again.

They arrived on the scheduled time and completed the job earlier than I expected.

I called Frank's after 10 am on New Year Eve's morning. I asked for an estimate for moving a new, boxed treadmill from my vehicle to an upstairs bedroom. I was asked if I wanted the treadmill assembled and was given a quote of $105. Two gentlemen arrived within 30 minutes and moved the treadmill and had it assembled in 40 minutes! The gentlemen were polite, efficient, and clean. They even took the large box with them so that everything was neat and clean when they left. Everything was completed before noon! I would definitely use this company in the future.

This is the 2nd time I have used Franks this year. They are very punctual. They come in ready to work, use utmost care in the handling of all pieces, carefully wrapped all glass shelving, put large rubber bands around the pieces with doors to keep them from coming open. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice (not even 24 hrs), for which I am very appreciative. These guys are good guys! Everything arrived in perfect condition.

They arrived right on time and immediately started loading the truck. All more delicate furniture items were wrapped and nothing was damaged after arrival. No one even stopped for any breaks! The whole move was completed in 3.5 hours! The guys were friendly and efficient and did anything extra that I requested of them, with a smile. I would DEFINITELY use their services again and would recommend them to anyone!

Three men arrived at my house early. I walked them through the entire house, pointing out the pieces and boxes. After that, they took over. We were driving away in 2 hours time. I would definitely recommend Frank's Moving! It was a very pleasant experience. They also gave me good packing tips over the phone prior to the move.

Frank's Moving Company did a great job moving us into our new home. They were able to move us all in one day. They didn't damage anything in the move. They even helped us set up everything. The employees were very nice and helpful.
