+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have worked with Frank Lozano, the owner of Frank's House Leveling. He is prompt, professional, clean, courteous, and honest, and he is very easy to get in touch with. This most recent job was completed exactly on-time and as scheduled. This home is located in a very well-respected historic district, and Frank and his crew were careful to keep the job site clean daily. Frank even helped out with a small plumbing leak that he had discovered while lifting the house, and notified me of any issues and/or changes as they arose. I can't thank Frank enough for making an otherwise stressful project such a relief. I would definitely recommend his services for anyone looking for an excellent foundation contractor with over two decades of experience.
Description of Work: Frank's House Leveling provided all appropriate permits, engineering letters from a qualified structural engineer, as well as repairs to the existing pier & beam foundation. The scope of work included raising the house, and installing 60 all-new concrete piers and 4 new beams.
