We have been needing to replace some shingles for some time now and we could see that some shingles either needed to be replaced or nailed down.  Our neighbor had some roof work done by Fox Roofing and their reviews on Angie's List were favorable, so we gave them a call on 6 Mar 14 and were told that they could come by that day and give an estimate.  Mr Moss came by and told us that because it was a 2-story it would be a flat fee of $250 any repairs that he would have to do.  He was honest and upfront and we agreed to the repairs.  He called before he came over on 7 Mar 14 and was here when he said he would be here.  All of the work was completed and then some, they inspected the roof and gave us their recommendations.  There was no up-selling and we really appreciated the work by Fox Roofing.  We will contact Fox Roofing for any of our roofing needs in the future.  Thank you very much for the honesty and hard work.

He came out to do the repair which was going to be a standard $250.00. Once he saw how little and simple work there was he came to me after he repaired them and said he didn't feel right charging me $250 for the little work that was done and asked if there was anything else I needed help with. He actually ended up doing two other small things for me. I really appreciated his honesty and respect for my home, he even took off his shoes when he entered the house.

Short notice repairs due to buying house.  I called six different roofers, Fox was the only one who would commit to a quick repair. 
Rep came to inspect roof damage within 1 day.  Thorough inspection and gave an estimate on the spot.  The repairs were done in a
week but when I inspected a week later I found they had not corrected one area.  When informed, they apologized and
returned to correct it within a day.  The reason for the missed repair was the original inspector could not come to the
repair work and the crew doing the 1st repair did not understand the scope of the job.  They were very
apologetic and fixed it immediately.  I would use them again, just make sure the repair crew knows the whole task.

very well except for the tar that dripped over the edges of the roof. Doesn't look great but I pretend not to see it.

No problems.  Overall experience was great.
