Jaime called me as soon as I had entered details of my service request into Angie's List (he was the first of three who called right away). He understood my non-technical explanation of the issue, arranged to come early the following day, called to confirm that he was enroute, arrived promptly, worked hard to complete the task, and cleaned up the minimal mess. Jaime from Forte Lock and Key was very expedient in his responses, punctual to his appointments, super polite and professional and most importantly, extremely affordable. In addition to all of that he went the extra mile to do things I didn't hire him for, like adjust the door hinges and shave part of a door where the wood was old and warped to make the door close more easily. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of locksmith services.
