Called Pete and he quoted me a $125 price. He showed up 40 inutes later and actually called when he was a few minutes away. He explained what he would do and then ran the snake into the pipe access located in my yard. He hit a blockage and then continued further to ensure there was no other blockages. He did hit another blockage about 25 feet further in. Upon retrieving the snake there were roots at the end. He then ran water into the drainpipe then ensure it would flow. Job was done promptly and he then gave me a 5% seniors discount. Courteous and professional at the quoted price plus a discount. He quote was $75 cheaper than the other five plumbers called.
