Job not completed to home owner satisfaction ( floor still warped). Will request they come out again.

Would NOT recommend this company - good salepeople, but lacking on delivery. blinds still not satisfactory - blinds do not stay up to the top, the company spends more time arguing with you than repairing the problem. other companies do much better service and sell more quality products. they do not show up for appointments - and you explain the problem to infinitely many layers of management. not enough indians to do the work - but a lot of overpaid chiefs to argue with customers.
