They have been great and fantastic. They clean their mess. Their quote was the lowest one in San Antonio for us. The price was excellent. They are doing the work within one week. They should be done by Friday. They answered all my questions. They worked with me. He tried to match prices. They were 30% cheaper.

The price was the lowest of all competitors. The quality of the product was acceptable. They showed up on time and did the work. I was not happy with the finishing work. They didn't do a very good job on the transition pieces. The clean up was good. I just didn't care for them that much. Communication was a bit of a problem. When we pointed out things to them, they readily went back and finished it. We called them three times to make the repairs on the transition pieces, but they didn't come, so I called and told them to give me the pieces and I would fix it. They did a good job putting in the floor. It was just the transition pieces that I wasn't happy with. I would not use this service again.
