Floor Coverings International West San Antonio

Put my info in this stupid Angie app. I wanted to just search for contractors myself, but ended up putting my info out to several contractors. Pat from Floor Coverings International had repeatedly called for months. I blocked the 740-0044 number, but she's still getting through. Take a hint and stop calling!

Owner and her son came out to quote an install for laminate. Her son was not very professional, smelled like hookah or Vape, and was kinda rude to his mother during the visit. Their quote was extremely high compared to others, and when I followed up a couple weeks later to get additional information about the product they proposed, I never got any response. Their quote is also not fully setup (showed default information of the application used, and lacked any information about their franchise)

The workers were efficient and mindful of the interruption to our routine that this project required. The project manager was also very kind and accommodating. The crew cheerfully added a few minor tasks that we requested based on the way the project was developing. The crew chief and the project manager also made helpful suggestions as the job continued. The project manager and his associates pitched in to move furniture around and to help the installation crew with trim work and painting details as needed. The project was not completed on the day we had been told to expect, but the workers came every day and finished it as soon as they could. Because of this dedication, and because the top priority throughout the experience was to make sure we were happy with the materials and the workmanship, I enthusiastically recommend this company for excellence in tile floor installation. I would confidently recommend Floor Coverings International (San Antonio, TX) to a family member or a friend.
