Floor Decor sells a junk flooring called Nucore . Spent thousands on this crap . 1400 sq feet of this Nucore are being removed from my house . Lost $5200 for product plus $4200 to have it installed. it went very fine, i have been buying products from them since October of 2014, and i am still continuing with the project. Everything i bought from them is of an excellent quality and price.  Their customer service is state-of the art customer service. I had chosen one of their new contractors who wasn't what he is supposed to be, he gave me different quotations and kept increasing the price on me, so i cancelled the deal with him, and returned the products back to the store and reported the incident to the managements.  The management team was what one wants a management to be; they are very professional to the letter of it.  They took back the product that i have bought for the project and returned all my money back although the contractor didn't give us the materials i bought back!!!  Bill the manager of the store and Fred are the best to deal with; they know how to treat aclient, and solve a problem professionally and fairly.  I will always shop at Floor and Decor, and i recommend the store to everybody who is looking to do a good project. Also they have very good interior designers, Carol, Sara and Laura; simply, they are the best in town.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices comparable.

Sales reps were great and provided all the information we needed. We bought 520 square feet of tile of which 70 were broken or cracked. We returned the 70 pieces and got 70 pieces replaced at no cost and with no hassle.

I was happy with their service. They were very helpful and very patient. They were very good about letting me know when the contractor did pick up the order. They did a great job on explaining things that I did not understand. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The experience was fine. Everything was fine. One pretty much does everything by themselves, so we had to return some things and it was easy to do. They are reasonable. The quality was fine. We did okay with them and we'd go back and use them again. It is a do-it-yourself place as far as finding stuff. If one doesn't know a whole lot about the tiles or their products then it might be a little bit harder to use them. There were people that helped. We had to take some tiles back.

Great! Excellent installer, and the tile and products that they offer are extensive and of great quality.
