Great service!!!

Flash did a great job. My sand filter developed a crack in a seam and needed to be replaced. I called and left a message and Flash got back to me the same day. He came to inspect the job the next day and confirmed the crack and that replacement was needed. He scheduled the job within 2 business days and completed it in an afternoon. He also discovered a leaking gasket which he replaced. He called me the next day to check to see if I was satisfied. Not only was his service top notch, his receptionist was super friendly on the phone!

After a month of them not showing up and our pool starting to get murky after some rain storms, we called to reset it up or see what the problem was.  The receptionist gave us Flash's number and my husband called and he said he had just flat out decided not to clean our pool.  Didn't let us know they weren't going to come so we could get someone else, just didn't show and wasn't planning on it.

Provider to fix a leak in a challenger pump and investigate pool lights.  Owner sent a subcontractor out to do the work.  Rates were not explained ahead of time ($150/hr).  Pump housing was cracked, they used an idle pump I had to fix the issue.  There appeared to be a short in the wiring of the lights and the bulbs were burned out.  Subcontractor spent hours (2.5) troubleshooting the issue.  LIghts were all rewired on the same circuit and bulbs were replaced.  Subcontractor couldn't get 2 out of the 3 lamp housings back into the hole and left it for me to screw in later. (the water was cold)
5-6 months later the lamps burned out and I called for the owner Flash to do something about it.  He refuses to call back. The lights were rarely used and shouldn't burn out in 5 months.  Please send someone to finish the job correctly and warranty your work especially if you're going to charge $150/hour.

He did an excellent job. He's good at getting back to you with your messages, and he's very prompt. He had to clean up the mess my other pool guy made, and I'm very happy.

Flash Pool Service did an outstanding job on our pool. I was very happy with this company. The crew that came out was very nice. They worked hard and finished quickly. Their price was very reasonable. I will use them in the future.
