I delivered the computer to their shop, and it was ready for pick up as promised.

I was having issues with my laptop shutting down when not in use and
problems watching video downloads. Was told it would be $20 to install
Win 7 OEM OS. Was then told it would be that plus $40 service charge.
After dropping it off, I was told the hard drive had bad sectors and it
would an additional $85 to replace it. I told him to do so and picked up
my computer a day later than I was told. I then starting having more
issues with my computer than before the work was done. It would crash or
I'd get the blue screen of death 6 o 7 times a day. This was not an
issue before work was done. MS Windows was not updated and neither were
the device drivers which were causing the crash issues. Updating the OS
and drivers should be included with any OS reinstall.
I contacted the owner and was told he had done the system reinstall and
that the issues were mine to deal with. His warranty period is for 3
days but you must contact him within 24 hours after pickup to notify him
of any issues. How can you do this if the issues occur on the 2nd or 3r
day.
I updated Win OS and downloaded the drivers after
buying software to update the drivers. Additionally, I had to purchase
Symantec Utilities to help improve performance.
Very unhappy overall and would never use this company again. I also recommend you do not either.

made appointment to drop off the laptop. Discussed the issues with the technician. He asked a few questions about symptoms and suggested the issue was probably software related. He stated the basic troubleshooting fee was $40 or $60 if the OS needed to be reinstalled. He kept the computer and told me he would contact me as soon as he determined/fixed the problem. he called a little over a week later. he indicated that the laptop was repaired and that the total was $60 because he reinstalled the OS software. I went the next day and picked up the computer. It has been running fine for a 15 year old in high school since that time.

Wife's laptop would not charge or turn on (battery was dead) and the power connector/charger felt loose when connected to the laptop's power port. a nephew tried to push another laptop charger into the socket and the power port prongs that held everything in place was pushed back. Emailed him on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment and drop it off the same day. He had it fixed within 24 hours and at a very resonable rate. Thanks for the great work - the laptop now is able to charge.

I used him before on my desktop because he had straight A's on Angie's List. He is near where I live which is very convenient. I couldn't take my stuff to somebody so I needed someone to come to me. He was able to come out the next day which was perfect. When he says “fix it for $40,” he means it. He is a computer wiz so I will absolutely use him again.

Richard Sanchez did an outstanding job. He was able to correct mistakes made by another tech and save some very important, personal files to my new computer. I am definitely going to refer his services to friends of mine

I called Sanchez at 1:00 PM on 21 May 2011, described problem, and scheduled appointment for 3:00 PM. Sanchez was 10 min. late. He had tried to call me at home but I had left the house. I described the problem and he said he would take a look forthwith. He called me at 8:00 PM and said computer was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, he described problem in detail and what he had done to overcome problem.

He was efficient and timely. He had a detailed price list which seemed reasonable.

They fixed my laptop. Everything went well. I didn't have any problems. It went very smoothly.

He was very congenial. He was clean cut and very nice. I was impressed with his work. He told me what time he would arrive and was promptly on time. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Mr. Sanchez came to my home and spent about an hour and a half with my computer. He took my computer to his workplace to run a diagnostic program thinking that the hard drive might be dying. He returned two days later with good news. The hard drive was okay but might go out at some future time. He reformatted the computer, explained many things about the system and added more RAM to give it more memory. I was ready to have him order a new drive but he advised me to get as much as possible out of this one. He never pushed to sell me any extra services. A thoroughly professional and pleasant man.
