My mom had her dress preserved after she wore it and they looked it up, tried it on and they rebuilt the whole top to modernize that. They re-stitched it and then after the wedding my mom took it back and it was restored again. FIVE STAR CLEANERS and LAUNDRY did a good job. I actually have referred a couple of people.

I had marked my down pillows on the Manufacturers label to make sure I received my own pillows back. When I took the pillows out of the plastic bag, I noticed that the labels were gone. I promptly called Fifestar Cleaners and asked why the labels were gone. I was told that they remove the feathers for dry cleaning and then put them back into a new cover. I told them that the reason I had the pillows dry cleaned was because of perspiration odor. The pillows STILL SMELLED OF PERSPIRATION when I got them back. I was told by the lady that FEATHERS DO HAVE AN ODOR! I wonder why they offer the kind of dry cleaning I requested if FEATHERS HAVE AN ODOR. RIGHT!!!!!!! Wonder why the pillows didnt smell when I purchased them. I will never recommend FifeStar Dry Cleaners at the 9606 Huebner Rd. location. They didn't even show me the courtecy of offering to re-do the job to my satisfaction.. I now have two very expensive pillows that are of no use to me. If you value your dry cleanable stuff, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER AN OTHER DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENT.

They are very honest, very friendly, very professional, and always on time. They once found a $10 bill in one of my suits and they pinned it to the suit. I use them about every month and a half. They are excellent.
