very good experience. When they arrived, gave them what we wanted to have done. They gave me the approximate time it would take to complete it, and were finished in that time. They even cleaned up after the job, so it was like they had never been there. Very happy with the work performed. Will use them again, when we redo the bathroom.

I called Five Point Electric on Labor Day for an emergency electrical problem at a rental problem. Alfred answered the phone even though he was out of town. He went to the house the next day to give me an estimate. He was very good about coordinating with our tenant and keeping us informed thru the process. The end price was exactly the quoted price (plus tax). Alfred also got it inspected without any problems. I was very pleased!

Called them first for a quotation, they came quickly, assessed the situation and gave me a price. Problem resolved the next day before noon. A responsible group of people, gave me a reasonable price. got the job done fast as they promised. They even took care of the additional problem without charging me for extra. I would definitely go back for future electrical problems. And hope they can keep up with the good service.

I thought the quality and service was outstanding. They came every time they were supposed to and the crew was very nice, considerate and clean. They really went above and beyond.
