+ -1 moreThe initial service was great however we had an outage in my area and several hours later when the power was restored, the DVR was not responding. I called him and he said it was the modem however I am receiving internet service throughout the house. I called him back after calling Comcast to confirm. He mentioned it was probably a burned cable; I had already checked. He tried to walk me through a reset. He seemed frustrated. I asked him to please come to check it. After that, I never heard back from him. He does not respond. It has been about a week and a half. On the DVR he mentioned that he was giving me a service warranty but how can I use it if he doesn't respond? He had left a technical support booklet however it says for Installers only!
Description of Work: He replaced and installed a DVR for my surveillance system.
