FIRST AID PLUMBING SERVICES

I was very uneasy when i frist experienced problems with backing and overflow of wate with dirt from the commode, shower and tub. I used Angie's list and recommended three plumbing companies and decided to call Frist Aide Plumbing. Chris the owner was very professional and courtious. He gave me an honest estiimate (lowest estimate) and worked with my homeowners insurance and they covered a good portion of the repair. His crew worked very hard and cleaned up after the job was done and completed with the pojected date given to me during initial inspection. I highly recommend and will only use this company for any plumbing issues. I need to add that the weather was extremely cold and wet during the repair; the crew showed up as scheduled everyday.

He changed the guts to the toilet and everything is fine. He did a very good job. I know if I ever need a plumber for anything I will call him

First Aid Plumbing arrived on time. They were extremely professional and very detailed, everything was explained in detailed including price before they began the work. 

Chris responded to our after hours phone call right away and gave my husband what we thought was a reasonable estimate for the job. Things went downhill from there! Chris was over 2 1/2 hours late for the appointment. He then revised the cost of the job, I wasn't able to contact my husband at work, but we needed to get the job done so I okayed the job. The pipe work he did and the install of the garbage disposal were fine although the faucet is not set properly and did not work properly. As it turns out, even with a military discount, the job ended up costing over $100 dollars more than the upper end estimate we were quoted. He claims to warranty/guarantee his work. We called for him to come back out and fix the faucet. He set up an appointment that he never kept and we haven't heard from him since.
