Firestone Complete Auto Care Store

Back in September they did our Texas State inspection. They have great customer service. My mother-in-law works for the corporate office, so it's a good incentive. They're always really good with service and it's just a comfortable waiting area while we're there. The only thing is, their WiFi is sometimes spotty.

They are really quite good. They've been very helpful. They were careful and thorough. They cut the bill as much as they possibly could and they also gave me a good reference to another company. When I had questions about what they were doing and what they had done, they took me back into the shop and showed me and made a point of making sure that I understood exactly what was going on.

I really love their customer service. They're very friendly, as they are asking you on the door they have that roller there, they're really new, they ask you how you're doing, there was a customer and they actually tell them I'll be right there with you, let me just get this customer first, they wouldn't just leave you standing there like I've been to some places and I've had horrible service. I don't go anymore but I used to go to Sears and every time I would give them an opportunity to make up like next time they'd be nicer but I would stand there for like 10 to 15 minutes and I would wait and I don't think that's customer service service. So with them, as you walk in, they'll be there and ask you how are you doing and thank you for coming to Firestone, and of course if there's other customer who first came, they would say I will be right with you. They're actually quite high, they're very expensive but I would say it's worth the service.

We were having a problem with overflow, the most I could put in was a quarter of a gallon before it clicked off. It was a 20 gallon tank, it would take forever. We were not happy with all the work we had to do but, we were satisfied with the quality.
