I hired Firefly to address specific electrical issues noted in a home inspection. Despite clearly stating I did not want to file an insurance claim or do a full panel replacement, the owner repeatedly pushed for a $17K insurance job, which I declined. I agreed only to the $2K in repairs needed for the sale, which were completed and paid for. Afterward, he sent an unsolicited narrative recommending additional work and disclaiming future liability. The experience felt overly aggressive and not aligned with the scope I requested.

Getting anyone to call back or answer their phones is like pulling teeth. I had an inlet installed a couple years ago and they did a great job on that but good luck getting anyone to respond to any correspondence. I really wanted to support a small business but the customer service just isn't there. Update to the response: this isn't the first time I've had issues getting anyone from your company to respond within a timely manner. I messaged online yesterday just to get in queue for Monday morning and texted one of your techs numbers and in no way made it seem like an emergency but the person did tell me someone would get back with me today to set something up. And conveniently you don't call all day until after 4pm when I posted this review. I am literally trying to give you guys business but for some reason you keep coming up with reasons to blame the customer. I would attach a few pics of previous conversations if i could where someone would be sent to my house (either a technician or cps) and nobody would contact me so i could be home that day and unlock the padlock. Then I get blamed for not being there.

Firefly was a great company to work with and weâ re willing to help me with more than just the electrical work I needed to install a new hot tub. They gladly helped move it into place exactly where I wanted it and got it ready to fill and use in a short time. The other quotes I received would only do the electrical work but only if the tub was in place before they arrived. Firefly did not feel that I was asking for something out of the scope of the job and I think the quoted price was very fair. I will definitely recommend them for any electrical jobs. ð ð »

My home recently sustained an indirect lightning strike which led to all electrical panels among other things needing to be replaced. Enter Sal and his team at Firefly. They came out the day I submitted the claim and did an extremely detailed report, same day, and submitted to my insurance. Upon completing the job, my insurance only agreed to pay a fraction of my cost, stating that Firefly was too expensive. It has been a long 8 weeks since, but the insurance has now agreed to pay my claim in full. This is due to not only my persistence, but also Sal's persistence and his willingness to stand by me and the work of his company. Sal offered and communicated with the claims adjuster directly, leading to resolution of my claim. Again, I can't recommend Firefly, it's technicians and its quality of work high enough! I will be using them for ALL of my electrical needs, going forward, and strongly recommend others do the same.

I HAD DAMAGE TO MY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT-FROM THE TIME I CALLED FIREFLY ELECTRIC UNTIL THEY FINISHED IT WAS A GREAT JOB FROM FIREFLY-SALVITORE LOMBARDI CAME RIGHT AWAY AND LOOKED AT THE DAMAGE AND TOOK PICTURES LABELED THEM AND CALLED AND SENT THEM TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY-HE SENT JOSH AND BRANDON OUT TO DO THE REPAIRS AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB-IF YOU NEED ANY ELECTRICAL WORK DONE PLEASE CALL FIREFLY ELECTRICAL

Portable Generator Installation Service
It is so nice to see today that customer service is not dead nor is doing what is best for the customer. Firefly took what was thought to be a simple generator hookup that turned out to an almost impossible installation and came out with several different ways to complete the hookup without adding any additional cost. Great people, excellent work that leaves no stone unturned to do what is right. I'll never go anyplace else for any needed electrical work!
