I have had good experience with them. They always get the job done on the time they let you know about and the quote is the same.

Instead of fixing the window, Finsanto took it upon themselves to look at the brakes and rotors which they said were bad. Called my girlfriend to tell her of all the problems they had "found" and wanted to charge her $1300 for all of the work. Decided to take the car to another shop but not before they charges us $97 for one hour of labor. Finsanto was asked to do one job, fix the window. Instead they decided to generate more work themselves. I will never use this shop again.

Initially, I thought I was going to have a heart attack from the estimate and I was really contemplating on if I should even keep my Jeep. I've been going to these guys for a few years and trusted them that the job would get done.
Long story short, after having my vehicle a few days, they called me to pick up my vehicle and it cost less than $100! Come to find out, it was a defective part from my previous service and I was simply amazed at the final cost.
I could have easily been ripped off, but they stayed TRUE and says a lot about their management and how they conduct business. Oh yeah, Wayne is amazing at customer service...thanks guys!

When asked to just to the initial $800 worth of work since I didn't have the funds, they really pushed for their in-house credit system. I should have gotten another estimate but didn't have the time and they seemed to know what they were doing. Very professional and knowledgeable but our daughter and then another friend came away with the same experience - an initial low estimate which gradually climbs up. Just be careful and suggest that you get a 2nd estimate.

They are on the expensive side but they are really good.

My passenger window wouldn't go up. I took the car here because of a variety of factors. Number 1, customer service. They are very nice and tell you exactly how much the repair will cost and when the car will be finished. Number 2, if you go here they have the garage doors open and you can look in the shop. It's almost spotless considering this is a place where they work on cars. Also, the waiting area is very well kept and they have water, magazines, etc. They are all very professional and nice. I have done a lot of business with this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I decided not to do the work there but they have great customer service and how they treated me was great.

Everything was fine. The car runs perfectly now, I'm very satisfied with their work.
