Well, the company seemed much more interested in selling the products and having me do my own installation than in providing installation services.
The countertop installation was a bit scary for me. They confirmed the date to install the cabinets but told me it may be a few weeks before I could get the countertops installed. It ended up working out though and I got the countertop installed 2 days after the cabinets were put in. 
None of the workers spoke very good English. The guy who removed the old cabinets put several holes in the wall and the company had no intention of repairing them. I had a brand new garbage disposal installed a few weeks prior that I wanted to re-use, but the guy cut out the sink and tossed the sink a with the garbage disposal attached into my garage... damaging the disposal. 
The installation of the new cabinets and countertops went fairly well. There are a couple of damaged spots I've noticed in the weeks since the installation took place, but nothing jaw dropping... could have been manufacturer's defects. 
I was a bit surprised that they didn't do some simple things like create a hole for my dishwasher drain tube in the one cabinet, didn't offer to re-mount my microwave, etc. I still have holes in the wall from the cabinet removal guy, and need to get the backsplash done still. I don't know if the store does backsplashes- they didn't offer to sell me that service or mention it ever. I don't know why I thought it would be included in the pricing.
The quality of the products seems nice enough, and when I was shopping around I couldn't find anyone with better prices... however I wouldn't recommend.

Initially we had problems with them, when they did the tiling in the shower the thing was done very badly, the tiles were coming off the wall, there was a bunch of things wrong with it. They initially said they would fix it then they said they wont, then the guy who fixed it said we dealt with him, he would deal with it. Then they got some else from the company who came and fixed it. Everything is fine now.

They just finished some work for us a couple of weeks ago. We liked the service, but they took a little while on our cabinets. They are very reasonable but they need a little more selection. The showroom manager, Devin, was very helpful and attentive. They were helpful when we were selecting materials but there were some things that we did not know after the installation that they told us later. Knowing these things would have helped us prior to our selection.

We went by the showroom, had an estimate in about 3 days. An appointment was made for installation within about a week.
There really is no and quot;storyand quot; except extremely happy homeowners.
