The only thing they could have done better was not play the Micky Mouse dealer games after the sale was essentially complete. All they needed to do was the paper work. I think we were putting $2,200 down, you don't need to play games with people who have credit ratings well over 750. That irritated me and almost caused us to walk.

The experience was good. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They diagnosed the problem when I brought the van in, but had to order the part, which was delivered first thing the next morning and installed by noon. Since I had to leave the car overnight, they shuttled me home and picked me up the next day. It was a very painless repair. I've always found that the service department@ Fernanez Honda has always been very responsive and professional. We've had our Honda van for 8 years now and have always used this dealership for any repairs or maintenance. It's a bit of a drive for us, but I find that it's worth it b/c they always treat me well and get the job done as quickly as possible. They also wash my car after every service, which is appreciated.

They called me that the plates were in. I called to make sure they were open. I drove into the dealer. Walked in to get the plates. The receptionist immediatlely called back to have them brought to the front. they then offered to put them on for me if I wanted. They said to just drive my car into the service area. Someone came right out and put them on. Very friendly.
All of the folks at Fernandez were personable and friendly.

I usually use Gunn Honda on IH10, near UTSA for my auto maintenance and service (closer to where I work). Gunn Service people do not say a word; not rude, but not friendly.
