Doug is absolutely amazing! This man knows how to get the job done right! Mu husband and I were suffering with this heat and no air...Doug is a superhero and came to the rescue! He serviced our old unit and had it cold within hours!!! It feels amazing and we are so grateful to know him! Thank you Doug!!!! Words can not express how grateful we are to you! We are customers for life!!!

I got Doug's name from a friend as my landlord was soliciting bids from several well known companies to replace the system in the house. I have lived here for almost 4 years and have a pretty good relationship with my landlord. Doug obviously made the deal with my him, but he dealt with me throughout the installation process. He could have waited until the next day to install the system because he already had service calls scheduled, but he said he would be there as soon as he was finished, which turned out to be around 4 pm. Then it rained and it derailed the work for about 30 minutes because the system had to be drained first and it was outside. Once they got started they continued until they were done. It was around 9:30pm when they finished. After he installed the thermostat and turned the unit on, he made sure it was running well and cooling the house down. My landlord came over before he completed the install and talked with Doug and I think he was very pleased with the result. The next morning, it was cold in the house and the thermostat read lower than what I had set it on, so I called him and asked him why it wasn't shutting off. He explained the option of setting it to run at an offset above and below the set temp, and offered to come over to change it and show me, which I agreed to. I then read the technical instructions and realized that it actually was maybe a good thing to leave it that way because the A/C runs less often, so I called him back and told him not to bother coming over. He is very responsive and I am confident that should any problem arise with the system and I call him and he will take care of it ASAP.

They did a great job. He quoted me $2500 to do the unit. He actually ended up coming back twice the same day, and still charged me what he quoted. I have recommended them to friends.
