This was the first time I bought a mattress and they made the process quick and easy. After researching online and visiting multiple stores, there was no comparison. Factory had the best prices. Delivery was on time. A++

I asked him if they were used because of a recent news report on used beds being sold without the purchaser's knowledge. Shayne assured me that his store didn't do that, like his competitors in the area did. I asked him why the foundations were on clearance. Then I said it's probably because they're mismatched. He agreed and said they're actually better than the foundations that matched the mattresses. I had to sign a form that said there were no refunds or exchanges on clearance items. That seemed OK, since they were new. My husband picked up the mattresses and foundations on 12/23/15 without really looking at them. He set them up late the next day, Christmas eve. Imagine my shock when I went to make the beds and found yellow tags on them that said, "Certification is made that this SECOND HAND (USED) ARTICLE SANITIZED"! I was never informed that they were used and would never have bought them had I known. It's nowhere on the receipt that they are used foundations. He outright lied to me. Do not do business with this company or you'll regret it.

It went very good. I was very pleased. I was looking for an adjustable bed. I looked it up online, checked Angie's List and saw that Factory Mattress was a distributor. I went to the store and that's when I bought the mattress. I bought a full size adjustable bed. Its one mattress and it has the adjustable frame. It was very friendly, open and easy to look at the various displays. I'm very happy.

We were looking for a comfortable but inexpensive mattress for guest bedroom. Found it here. Salesman was courteous, listened to our needs and didn't try to oversell us. Considering that I hate mattress shopping, experience was positive.

We were able to get a king set and a queen set under the extended Black Friday sale AND got "extra credit" for mentioning Angie's List! We ordered the sets on Saturday, got them on Sunday, called about wanting to swap the box springs on Monday, and are getting the replacement ones on Tuesday. I think the salesman explained our options very well and didn't push for us to get the most expensive options, especially for the guest room. We're VERY pleased. My only problem was MY problem--we should have paid more attention to the salesman and the 8/30 review and have gotten the slim box springs in the first place. We practically needed a step stool to get into the bed with the standard box springs, and we're both fairly tall (6' & 5'8").

The salesman at the 13111 San Pedro location showed us the various types of mattresses then let us take as much time as we needed to try them out. No hard sell, just answered our questions then got out of the way. They could have delivered the same day but we were getting new bedroom set so we scheduled delivery foe later in the week. The delivery was on time and went smoothly. Once we started to use the bed we realized the new bed was taller than the old one which made it hard to get in and out of bed with the tall pillow to mattress. You literally had to boost yourself into bed and it felt like you were falling when getting out. The next day I called the store and inquired about a low profile foundation. It had to be ordered but was delivered and switched out in less than a week - they only charged a restocking fee. I will definitely go back to Factory a Mattress!

It went very good. It was on Angie's list as a good company. The price included bringing in the new one and setting it up. They took the old mattress away. The owner is very knowledgeable and had different information about the mattresses. He helped us get what we wanted. The mattress wasn't really cheap. It was a good sweet experience.

All the mattress stores we visited were high pressure to "close" the sale. Factory got our business because we liked their store/salespeople the best of all the places we visited. Still like the store and sales people but things went downhill after the sale. There were problems with the delivery (missed delivery window, eventually delivered damaged merchandise, missing parts) and it took a while, but Factory Mattress more than stepped up to the plate. We got all the parts and the damaged merchandise was all replaced and they Very pleased at this point. THANKS ALL!gave us two nice pillows as compensation for the problems. We are happy customers now! Everyone has problems and bad days -- the question is how do they address those days.

Everything went very, very well from start to finish and we are very pleased with our new mattress set.
