The state of Texas requires all products to be sanitized that have been in someone's home, however Factory Mattress goes a step further and actually sanitizes ANY product that has been out of it's original wrapper. In this case the reason you received the additional discounts on your order were because the box springs had been floor models. In the news report you speak of, Factory Mattress was actually asked by the Television station in San Antonio to do an interview in one of our stores because they found out how much above the State requirements we go. We understand that when our District Manager Jorge Fernandez contacted you, you stated that you did not want us to exchange the box springs. We offered to exchange them for factory sealed box springs at no cost to you and insure that you were completely satisfied with your purchase. The offer to exchange your box springs still stands if you would like to contact us. Our top customer service ratings, both on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau is a testament to our commitment to top notch customer service.
